:
背景 紫外线照射(Ultraviolet Radiation,UVR)是临床上治疗银屑病的有效手段之一.抑制角质形成细胞的增殖和促进皮损效应性T细胞的凋亡是UVR作用的主要机制.近期研究表明,FOXP3+调节性T细胞与效应性T细胞之间免疫失衡是银屑病病情发展的中心环节之一.UVR是否对FOXP3+调节性T细胞具有调控作用及其分子机制尚无明确的结论.
