Polypropylene(PP)is one of the most widely used synthetic resins of the general plastic owing to its some advantages of light weight, excellent mechanical properties, high thermal stability, excellent processing performance low cost and recycling, etc.At present, PP is produced mainly by Ziegler-Natta catalyst, and the size of PP particles are usually larger (>500um) [1-3].However, the PP particles with submicron size have great potential application prospects in solid phase grafting, modification and 3D printing.
