This paper study the technology of producing biodiesel with prickly ash seed cust oil catalyzed by immobilized lipase.The result indicate that the convertion rate is 82.5% and 83.1%when methyl palimitate and methyl oleate used as standard respectively, which technology condition is that enzyme amount is 25%(W/W), n-hexane addition amount is 15%(W/W), water amount is 10%, temperature is 45℃, convertion time is 24 h,methanol-oil ratio is 3∶1, and adding methanol in three times.
