There is a pressing need to improve therapeutic options for HBV, which is still estimated to cause more than a million deaths a year, from liver cirrhosis and hepatocellular carcinoma.Pegylated interferon-alpha (Peg-IFN-α) achieves sustained off-treatment responses in more cases than other existing treatments.Moreover Peg-IFN-α can promote cell response because of its direct anti-viruses effect and regulation of immunity.In our study, we detected the difference of NK cells in Peg-IFN-α-treatment patients dynamically.
