Microfluidic system has a wide range of applications,especially in chemical industry,biomedicine and biological industry.The mixing process in microfluidic system is very important.How to achieve a rapid mixing in the micro channel at low Reylond number with two or more fluids is challenging,and it has become a hot topic in chemical engineering.Many researchers designed different types of micromixers to improve the mixing performance.On the whole,the micromixers can be classified into active micromixers and passive micromixers1.Active micromixers rely on the external forces such as electrokinetic disturbance2,3,electrohydrodynamic disturbance4,dielectrophoretic disturbance5 etc.
