The RLSCS is a novel single particle method,and the principle and setup of RLSCS is similar to fluorescence correlation spectroscopy(FCS) system.When single nanoparticle diffuses into or out of the highly focused illumination volume due to Brownian motion,the scattering light fluctuations in this detection system can be real-time monitored by an avalanche photodiode.
