Today non-phosphorus detergents occupy dominantly. The characteristics of high Ca2+ exchange ability and can occur with the insoluble dirt coprecipitation thereby contributing detersive make the NaA zeolite accounted for 90% or more of non-phosphorus detergent builder. However it has some shortcomings, such as slow Ca2+ exchange speed, poor Mg2+ exchange ability and poor dispersion capability and so on.In recent years, many researchers found there were two different types of zeolite once in the same reaction system, such as ZSM-5/ZSM-11 co-crystallized zeolite[1],MCM-49/ZSM-5 co-crystallized zeolite[2],MCM-22/ZSM-5 co-crystallized zeolite[3] and so on,they have the special catalytic performance and physical and chemical properties differ from that obtained by the mechanical mixing method. In this paper, lithium slag was used as raw material to synthesize Na-A/X co-crystallized zeolite by hydrothermal method. The mass fraction of NaA and NaX by mechanical mixture is measured by the RIR values of the NaA and NaX zeolites. It is feasible because the relative error is lower than 3.45%.The Na-A/X co-crystallized zeolite contains (mass fraction) 82.04% NaX and 17.96% NaA.The Ca2+ exchange ability of Na-A/X co-crystallized zeolite reaches to 309 mgCaCO3/g,while The Mg2+ exchange ability reaches to 182 mgMgCO3/g.It shows excellent comprehensive ability and development prospects.
