基于上海地区某医院地下车库工程的成功实践,介绍了在密集建筑群中进行地下空间开发时基坑支护结构的设计与施工,该基坑紧邻9幢建筑,其中两幢为有极高保护要求的优秀历史建筑。根据工程特点,采取了地下车库主体结构与基坑支护结构全面结合的设计方案,采用了从上而下的逆作法施工方案,其中与地下车库外墙相结合的围护墙首次在上海软土地区的地下二层停车库采用了预制地下墙。为了进一步控制建筑物沉降,在建筑物与基坑之间采取了隔断屏障的技术措施,并对被保护建筑物采取了桩基托换技术措施。工程实践结果表明,通过采取上述综合技术措施,工程在施工过程中围护墙变形和周边环境影响较小,确保了周边环境的安全,工程成功实施可为上海地区类似工程提供参考。
Based on the successful practice of the underground garage project in a hospital in Shanghai, the design and construction of the foundation pit supporting structure for underground space development in dense buildings are introduced. The engineering practice shows that by adopting the above comprehensive technical measures, the deformation of the retaining wall and the surrounding environment during the construction process are relatively small, ensuring the safety of the surrounding environment. Successful implementation of the project can provide reference for similar projects in Shanghai.
