便携式呼吸机在高位脊髓损伤呼吸机依赖患者应用中的护理

【摘要】

：

目的探讨高位颈髓损伤因呼吸功能障碍致呼吸衰竭患者建立人工气道实施机械通气后产生呼吸机依赖患者应用便携式呼吸机的护理要点.方法对2009年1月至2013年12月我院收治的57例高位脊髓损伤至呼吸衰竭患者应用机械通气治疗,其中3例患者虽然在给予良好的人工气道护理,预防呼吸系统并发症,进行呼吸功能康复训练,适时采取间断脱机训练等护理措施后,仍然不能维持安全有效的自主呼吸从而出现呼吸机依赖.
