对中国高等教育模式的重新审视

【摘要】

：

"钱学森之间"实际上是对中国大学传统教育模式提出的疑问.钱老的疑问已经说明,以知识传授和技能掌握为主要特征的中国大学传统教育模式培养不出杰出人才.求解"钱学森之问",就必须跳出传统教育模式之囿.本文认为加强对学生的意识培养是培养杰出人才的一种有效模式.文章从意识培养的重要性,意识培养与知识传授和技能掌握的区别,以及当前意识培养需要注意的按专业招生和学习对学生意识形成的限制、教师的教学理念对学生意识
