双亲本子代测定,又叫全同胞子代测定。它比半同胞子代测定能更精确地测定优树(或无性系)的遗传素质,提供加性和非加性遗传方差及一般配合力、特殊配合力、遗传增益的估量,并为多世代育种提供繁殖材料。从1976年起,利用排牙山林场1973年建立的嫁接种子园开展了双亲本子代测定,现将1977年组织的部分试验结果整理如下:
