　　More and more frequently, coronary artery anomalies seen in adults are patients referred for coronary evaluation.Before, autopsy studies of sudden cardiac death highlighted the importance of these significant coronary anomalies in adults.The diagnosis of coronary anomalies has progressed from postmortem findings to antemortem evaluation with invasive coronary angiography.
