山葛黄泽乌汤对代谢综合征大鼠的影响

【摘 要】

：

目的:探讨中药山葛黄泽乌汤(由山楂、葛根、制何首乌、泽泻、熟大黄组成)对代谢综合征(Metabolic Syndrome,MS)大鼠主动脉形态结构及血脂的影响.方法:纯种新西兰白大鼠40只,分为正常对照组(8只),MS组(32只),分别普通饲料及高果糖饮食喂养,诱导构建MS大鼠模型(处死2只检测),造模成功后将MS大鼠分为模型对照组(10只)、山葛黄泽乌汤干预组(20只),正常对照组继续普通饲料喂

目的:探讨中药山葛黄泽乌汤(由山楂、葛根、制何首乌、泽泻、熟大黄组成)对代谢综合征(Metabolic Syndrome,MS)大鼠主动脉形态结构及血脂的影响.方法:纯种新西兰白大鼠40只,分为正常对照组(8只),MS组(32只),分别普通饲料及高果糖饮食喂养,诱导构建MS大鼠模型(处死2只检测),造模成功后将MS大鼠分为模型对照组(10只)、山葛黄泽乌汤干预组(20只),正常对照组继续普通饲料喂养,模型对照组、山葛黄泽乌汤干预组分别用高果糖饮食及高果糖饮食加山葛黄泽乌汤喂养,24周末处死检测主动脉形态结构及血脂情况.
