  Cancer is one of the main causes of mortality worldwide whose cure has not yet been achieved.In clinical analysis,the elevated levels of tumor markers in blood serum are associated with patients with certain cancers.So the precise and sensitive determination of tumor markers is very important in clinical diagnosis, biomedical exploit and biochemistry research. [1,2] Therefore, sensitive, precise, and accurate assays for the determination of carcinoembryonic antigen (CEA) with low concentration level in complex biological samples are necessary for effective early diagnosis and therapeutics of cancer.
