　　A new indium antimonide(InSb)grating is proposed for improved Smith-Purcell(SP)THz radiation at approximately 0.35THz.The plasmonic behaviour of InSb at THz frequency is expected to enhance the generation of surface waves in SP gratings.The response can be efficiently tuned in the THz band by changing the doping level of InSb.
