中国前列腺癌联盟前列腺癌风险量表的构建及验证

【摘要】

：

基于欧美人群的前列腺癌风险预测量表已被证明不适用于中国人群,目前尚无基于我国人群多中心验证过的相关量表.本研究目的是构建中国前列腺癌联盟前列腺癌风险量表(Chinese Prostate Cancer Consortium Prostate CancerRisk Calculator,CPCC-RC),并通过外部验证以及与美国PCPT量表进行比较,以验证其预测效果.
