与一般外出务工人员相比,云南剑川白族木雕工匠“出门”群体工作生活状况有其自身的特点。在历史中形成并由行业文化决定的集体性出门工作方式,不仅为该种手艺提供了继续生存的空间,也给工匠群体创造了与一般打工者相比较为稳定的工作条件,以及较为安定舒适的环境和一定程度上的尊重。在城市工作中,白族木雕文化资源被转化为文化资本,不仅使这些工匠能够获得更多的经济回报,而且使他们所拥有的工艺文化能够较好地得以续存。最后还强调了保证该工艺续存的现实外部条件的必要性。
Compared with the average migrant workers, Yunnan Jianchuan Bai carpenter “go out ” group working and living conditions have their own characteristics.
