近年来,叶面积的研究愈来愈受到林业工作者的重视。由于国内先进的叶面积仪尚少,价格也较昂贵,实际上大量叶面积的测定工作仍很繁琐。目前采用较多的是鲜叶称重换算法,即先用小样(30—50个叶片,或更多些)测定换算系数(叶面积与鲜重的比值),用该系数乘以叶鲜重获得叶面积(简称常规法)。这种方法精度虽高,但用方格纸数格、计点或用面积仪测面积都很费事。为了简化小样测定手续,我们在加藤荣等描述的打孔测定法的基础上加以改进,取得了较好的效果,现报道以供参考。
