Insider employees have always been considered as one of the most perilous threats to organizations.The majority of prior research focuses on how to mitigate deviant security behaviors and ignores how to motivate insidersextra-role security behaviors, which significantly contribute to the effectiveness of information security policies.However, few research have studies motivational factors of insiders conducting security behaviors in the workplace.This paper aims to understand the effect of reward, punishment with procedural justice on employees computer-related deviant behaviors and extra-role security behaviors.We expect to compare the different effects of reward and punishment with procedural justice on insiderssecurity behaviors and explore the mediation of emotions in this relationship.Our results have important theoretical contributions for enhancing understanding of insiders IS security behaviors and practical contributions for improving the effectiveness of organizational security control mechanisms.

多因子选股策略以其较强的解释性在量化投资领域得到广泛应用,但是它只关注线性的基本面和行情指标对收益率的影响,却忽略了事件因素的非线性影响.本研究将多因子模型与事件研究法相结合,采用BP神经网络算法构建事件分类模型,以中证800指数成分股为样本,对于2015年和2016年两年进行回测.研究结果表明,在2015年剧烈震荡的行情中,事件驱动型多因子选股策略有效改善了经典多因子策略的业绩.
