Objective:Double-barrel vascularized fibula graft is one of the most common surgical techniques to augment or maintain the height of the neo-mandible.By means of this method two separate barrels are present, with an intermediate gap between the two fibular struts. The purpose of this study was to investigate whether the gap completely disappeared and gap ossification ultimately achieved between the fibular segments, which are expected to provide theoretical basis for the clinical treatment.
