Preparation and Characterization of Mesoporous Solid Acid and Its Application inTertiary Butyl Glyce

  This paper we take eight water oxygen zirconium chloride as the source of zirconium and polyethylene glycol 20000 as the template agent to acquire WO3/ZrO2,SO4 2-/ZrO2,MoO3/ZrO2,B2O3/ZrO2 and a series of mesoporous solid super acid by using precipitation,and precipitation-impregnation.According to the tests of SEM,TEM,XRD,BET,it shows that these four kinds of catalysts all have certain morphology and relatively ordered mesoporous structures.WO3/ZrO2,which is among the products,has a specific surface area of 80.1772 m2/g,an aperture of 15.96055 nm and a pore volume of 0.252530 cm3/g.At the meantime,these mesoporous solid acid can be used as catalysts into the study of the synthesis of tert-butyl ether glycerin which is formed by the reaction of glycerin and tert-butyl alcohol under a certain conditions.The results showed that if the conditions of the reaction is at glycerin: chloroform = 1:4,temperature is 85oC load 20%,catalyst dosage is 1.14 g,9 h,we can reach the best reaction selectivity and conversion rate,which are respectively 95%and 45%.
