The metallurgical ferruginous waste materials in iron and steel-making process with addition of a certain amount of carbon-containing materials or carbon-containing waste,and have been pressed into iron-carbon ball,and the reduction reaction of ferric oxide in the iron-carbon ball will be occurred by using the excess heat of ironmaking and steelmaking process,so as to achieve the purpose of recovery metallic iron directly,and reduce the pressure of blast furnace and the environment from the metallurgical ferruginous waste materials.The industrial proving trials adding metallurgical ferruginous waste materials into converter have been carried on,and the average metallization rate could reach 50%.
