本文着重研究细磨铁精矿高碱度烧结矿中铁酸钙的形成规律和影响因素,探索了低温烧结新工艺的理论基础并讨论了新工艺流程的主要特点。为了降低高炉焦比必须生产出具有高还原性能、低渣量、冷强度和热性能良好的优质炉料,采用低温低硅的烧结新工艺就能获得这种优质炉料。这种新工艺的实现无论对烧结工艺或高炉冶炼将是一项重大改革。
This article focuses on the formation of calcium ferrite in the high basicity sinter of the fine grinding iron ore concentrate and its influencing factors, explores the theoretical basis of the new sintering process and discusses the main features of the new technological process. In order to reduce the blast furnace coke ratio, it is necessary to produce high-quality charge with high reduction performance, low slag content, cold strength and good thermal performance. The high-quality charge can be obtained by using the low-temperature and low-silicon sintering process. The realization of this new process will be a major reform of the sintering process or blast furnace.
