【目的】探讨孤独症患儿脑干听觉诱发电位(brainstem auditory evoked potential,BAEP)的临床特征,为临床工作指导提供参考依据。【方法】对78例孤独症患儿的BAEP检测结果进行分析。【结果】78例患儿中,BAEP正常33例(42.3%),异常45例(57.7%),主要表现为波幅改变、波潜伏期、峰间期延长、波形分化不良或听阈值增高。【结论】孤独症患儿听力基本正常,但存在BAEP异常,提示脑干听觉传导通路异常可能是造成其认知与语言发育障碍的原因之一。
【Objective】 To investigate the clinical features of brainstem auditory evoked potential (BAEP) in children with autism and provide references for clinical work guidance. 【Methods】 The results of BAEP in 78 cases of children with autism were analyzed. 【Results】 Among the 78 cases, BAEP was normal in 33 cases (42.3%) and abnormal in 45 cases (57.7%). The changes were as follows: amplitude change, wave latency, peak interval prolongation, poor waveform differentiation or higher hearing threshold. [Conclusion] The autonomic children with normal hearing, but abnormal BAEP, suggesting that abnormalities of auditory brainstem auditory pathways may be one of the causes of their cognitive and language developmental disorders.
