本文研究了~(60)Co γ射线照射后人和猴淋巴细胞微核率的变化.结果表明离体照射人血和猴血时,淋巴细胞微核率随照射剂量增加而呈线性上升,前者(人)的斜率为0.240,后者(猴)为0.249.3Gy整体照射猴和离体照射猴血所得淋巴细胞微核率十分接近.前者为102.7‰,后者为101.8‰.此外还比较了培养72h和96h的微核率.结果表明培养72h微核率较高,无论是2Gy或是4Gy照射后都是如此.本实验采用聚四氟乙烯管来收集、贮存血样品,取血方便、用血量少、便于携带,可直接进行照射,而且可进行离心以浓集细胞.
In this paper, the changes of micronuclei in lymphocytes of human and monkey after ~ (60) Co γ -ray irradiation were studied.The results showed that the micronucleus rate of lymphocytes increased linearly with the increase of irradiation dose when irradiated with human blood and monkey blood, (Person) slope was 0.240, the latter (monkey) was 0.249.3Gy monocytes irradiated with monocytes and irradiated monkeys blood micronuclei rate was very close to the former was 102.7 ‰, the latter was 101.8 ‰.
