采用微型计算机的分散型直接数字控制系统既能很方便地进行模拟仪表所难以胜任的运算和逻辑判断,又解决了集中型控制系统的可靠性问题。本文即介绍了微型计算机在燃烧控制方面的应用情况,通过空/燃比及与其有关的综合控制,就加热炉等对象而言,可望节能2~5%,就锅炉而言可望节能1~3%。
The decentralized direct digital control system with microcomputer can not only perform the arithmetic and logic judgment which is difficult for analog instruments but also solve the reliability problem of the centralized control system. This article describes the microcomputer in the combustion control applications, through the air / fuel ratio and its related integrated control, heating furnace and other objects, is expected to save 2 to 5%, the boiler is expected to save energy 1 ~ 3%.
