Background: Patients are usually left in a vulnerable state after an accident.Because of this, they long for a good encounter when they are brought to hospital.Physical impairment and psychological morbidities are some of the complications that can occur to them.It is thus important for health care staffs to understand how the patients feel and what they experience during the period right after an accident to the end of definitive treatment in order to improve the quality of care.
