Cancer is fatal basically because of paucity of its detection at an early stage in the most cases.The conventional diagnostic methods of cancer are often painful and time-consuming.Survivin and its splice variants have been recognized as dependable baits for early and stage-specific diagnosis of several types of cancer.Detection of Survivin in urine and blood samples of patients suggests bladder and haematologic malignancies, respectively.
