Two-dimensional phosphorous materials have attracted great attention recently for their novel anisotropic properties in electronics and potential applications in electronics,optoelectronics,and photocatalysis.In this talk,we will present our recent studies on two-dimensional phosphorous materials,including black phosphorene and twenty-one new allotropes obtained with topological modeling methods.Their novel structures,electronics and mechanics properties will be introduced based on the first-principles calculations.Also,potential application in photocatalysis will be discussed.
