A doubled haploid (DH) mapping population consisting of 196 lines was obtained via microspore culture from a hexaploid F1 hybrid H16-1,which was successfully developed from a cross between two allohexaploid Brassica lines (7H170-1 and Y54-2).In this study,341 simple sequence repeat (SSR) markers were screened and 223 of them were polymorphic between the two parental lines.A genetic linkage map was constructed.
