目的 观察阿托伐他汀对体外诱导培养ApoE基因敲除小鼠骨髓间充质干细胞中沉默信息调节因子(Sirt1)和Runt相关转录因子(RunX2)的表达,探讨阿托伐他汀促成骨分化的作用机制.方法 预组加入不同浓度阿托伐他汀(10,100,1000nmol/L)干预6小时,对照组加入等体积的DMSO.另一部分随机分为四组,第一组为对照组(培养液加入等体积DMSO),第二组加入Sirtl阻断剂EX527(10
