At present, the study of the students’ life satisfaction has started, there’s no relevant research on the intervention of it. In this thesis, students in Tin Ka Ping Secondary School, Suzhou City and Suzhou high school-sip are used to be subjects. Use Naikan theory as the basic methods of this intervention study. Conclusions of the paper are the following: 1) The intervention has greatly improved the high school students’ life satisfaction; On the SLSS,MSLSS and the happiness degree scores, there is much significantdifference between before-experiment and after-experiment. 2) It is practicable and effective to use the Naikan theory to enhance the students’ life satisfaction.
