Decahydronaphthalene spiro cyclopentanone derivatives exist in a variety of natural products and biologically active compounds,such as zumketol,lappaconitine and gibberellin A151.These compounds play an important role in modern medicine and agricultural production,but these compounds are used mostly extracted from the organism.There is a lot of problem in synthetic process for low yield and high cost problems,which greatly limits the application of these natural products2,3.So convenient synthetic method for decahydronaphthalene spiro cyclopentanone derivatives is a worthwhile job4,5.This work reported a bisphosphine-catalyzed one-pot sequential [4+2]/[4+2] annulation of two molecules of an allenoate and an Pyrazolone derivatives leading to the spiro[naphthalene-pyrazol] one.This novel strategy may open up a new viewpoint in utilizing allenoates to prepare polycyclic compounds(Scheme 1).
