　　To forecast the runoff of medium and long term is a difficult research problem in natural science domain,and that to forecast the runoff accurately is the important foundation of preventing flood and reducing natural disasters and optimizing the management of water resources.Two kinds of models were proposed for medium and long-term runoff forecasting in this paper.The accuracy of the two models was tested with different hydrological parameters according to hydrologic and climatic characteristics of Dahuofang reservoir watershed in China.
