Isobaric chemical tags (e.g.TMT,iTRAQ) are powerful tools for quantitative proteomics,which are based on the release of lowmass reporter ions during fragmentation,and enable concurrent identification and quantitation of proteins in different samples using tandem mass spectrometry.However,this technology faces two challenges:first,increasing multiplexing by using larger tagging molecules significantly decreases the number of quantification [1].
