Objective: To investigate whether miR-26a inhibited angiogenesis by down-regulating VEGFA and to reveal their clinical relevance in hepatocellular carcinoma. Methods: The expression of miR-26a was modified in HepG2and HCCLM3 cell lines respectively.A panel of angiogenic factors was measured by real-time PCR in above cells.Western blot and ELISA were used to conform the role of miR-26a on the exprexssion of VEGFA.HUVEC tube formation assays and migration assays were applied to detect the effect of the condition media from HepG2 cells on angiogenesis and PIK3C2α/Akt/HIF-lα pathway in hepatocellular carcinoma.
