The bottleneck in chemical analysis is to develop robust,rapid,inexpensive,sensitive,matrix tolerant instrumentation that can be decentrally used at the field by non-experts.Electrochemical methods best fit the criterion for sustainable chemical analysis,with potential of hyphenation with mobile devices,an unstoppable trend.
