　　Objective To investigate the utility of unenhanced gemstone spectral imaging (GSI) in differentiating thyroid gland papillary carcinoma and nodular goiter.Methods This study was approved by the hospital ethics committee and informed consent was obtained by every patient.Forty-four Patients with suspected of the thyroid nodules were referred to High-Definition CT of neck with GSI mode.
