采用超声波法对手工氩弧焊接的Ti80板材两种焊接接头(十字形角接和对接接头)进行了冲击处理。对超声波处理前后两种焊接接头的疲劳试验数据进行了处理、对比和分析,结果表明,超声波冲击处理能够明显改善Ti80合金板材焊接接头的疲劳性能:在一定的应力范围内,超声冲击波处理试件与原始焊态试件相比,十字形角接接头的疲劳强度(2×106)提高126%,疲劳寿命延长3.7~19.4倍;对接接头的疲劳强度(2×106)提高29%,疲劳寿命延长2.6~33.2倍;超声波处理还能够改善疲劳数据的分布规律,降低疲劳数据的分散性。
Two kinds of welding joints (cruciform joint and butt joint) of Ti80 sheet by TIG welding were treated by ultrasonic wave. The fatigue test data of the two welded joints before and after ultrasonic treatment were processed, compared and analyzed.
