A novel folding switch-like hollow mesoporous silica nanoparticles(HMSN)-based delivery system is reported.In this system,PCL(polycaprolactone) is grafted on the surface of HMSN as a cap.When Dispersed in THF,the PCL unfold the molecule chain due to the good solvent of PCL.While PCL switch back to folded chain to cap the pore again in H2O.
