c-Myc是著名的癌基因,在肿瘤细胞中一般是呈现高表达,c-Myc的水平对细胞的生命活动至关重要.2015年《Cell》指出:c-Myc+/-杂合型的小鼠比c-Myc+/+野生型小鼠代谢指标更好,寿命更长.由此看出,c-Myc在细胞中的水平对机体的重要性.细胞控制c-Myc的稳态在机制细节上仍然不很清楚.我们的研究发现:细胞中存在一个新的环路c-Myc-lncRNA-32-miR468-FBW7,通过这一环路使c-Myc在肿瘤中高表达,在正常细胞中低表达.稳态的改变将会导致c-Myc调控的Warburg效应的紊乱.我们还发现另一条lncRNA,它会通过IDH1影响Warburg糖代谢效应.
