　　Osteopontin (OPN) is a multifunctional protein found in diverse cell types and involved in many pathophysiological process.However,the function of OPN against sepsis infected of pseudomonas aeruginosa (P.aeruginosa) was not clear yet.In this study,we found OPN expression is elevated in mice plasma and spleen infected intravascularly with P.aeruginosa.
