  Backgrounds Many patients with primarily inoperable pelvic tumor,advanced tumor with compromised performance status,or recurrent pelvic tumor are unlikely to achieve optimal debulking,and surgical cytoreduction does not improve their survival.In other patients,appropriate therapy is difficult to be performed without verification of the pelvic masses.
