Accurate characterization of nanomedicines reduces development costs and uncertainty in their translation from the lab to the clinic.As the size,concentration and surface charge of nanomedicines directly impacts their in vivo efficacy and safety,there is a need for accurate and sensitive analysis techniques that measure the properties of each particle in physiological conditions.However common Particle analysis techniques such as Dynamic Light Scattering (DLS) are not precise (Figure 1).
