施肥对毛竹根系活力及酶活性的影响研究

调查了不同施肥(0 kg.hm-2、375 kg.hm-2、900 kg.hm-2 和1500 kg.hm-2)条件下毛竹林根系活力及酶活性,结果表明:(1)不同施肥量处理间根系活力差异显著(p<0.05),根系活力随着施肥量的增加呈先升高后下降的趋势,当施肥量在900 kg.hm-2 时,根系活力达到最大.(2)不同施肥量处理间硝酸还原酶(NR)活性差异显著(p<0.05).NR 活性与根系活力有类似的变化趋势,以施肥量900 kg.hm-2 的酶活力最高.(3)根系谷氨酰胺合成酶活性与可溶性蛋白含量呈显著的正相关(r=0.5958,n=12,p<0.05),谷氨酰胺合成酶活性和可溶性蛋白含量均随着施肥量的增加而增加.(4)根系酸性磷酸酶活性与可溶性蛋白含量呈极显著的负相关(r=0.8057,n=12,p<0.01),酸性磷酸酶活性随施肥量的增加而减小,而可溶性蛋白含量随施肥量增加而增加.

本研究调查了不同覆盖年限下雷竹林地下鞭的分布特征.结果表明,随覆盖年限增加,雷竹地下鞭的数量、重量及长度都是增加的.然而,覆盖经营后,新鞭的数量却是下降的,同时根鞭上浮,50%以上集中于0-10cm.同时,覆盖经营后土壤表层(0-10cm)酸化严重,上浮根鞭则受到严重危害,会加剧雷竹退化.因此,雷竹根鞭上浮是导致连续覆盖经营雷竹林退化的最主要因素,控制雷竹根鞭上浮是保证雷竹可持续覆盖经营的关键.
通过原位全挖调查法对笋用林、笋材两用林和材用林的根茎进行挖掘.运用分形理论和拓扑学对其分形特征进行研究,分析根茎分形特征、分支模式,并分析根茎分形参数之间的相关性.结果发现:3种经营类型下毛竹地下根茎具有很好的分形特征,其分形维数值分别为笋用林(1.85±0.02)、笋材两用林(1.89±0.002)、材用林(1.84±0.01),分形维数和分形丰度的大小分别与根茎分枝角度、总长度、总体积和拓扑指
