  近红外二区(NIR-Ⅱ,1000-1700 nm)荧光成像具有穿透深度深、空间分辨率高、信噪比高等优势在生物成像领域引发了巨大的关注。同时,NIR-Ⅱ 荧光造影剂通常还具有近红外吸收,因此,可作为诊疗试剂同时实现NIR-Ⅱ荧光成像和光热治疗。
