目的脑胶质瘤手术时判断肿瘤边界对于全切肿瘤非常重要,手术时肉眼下判断肿瘤边界较为困难,目前尚没有理想的方法,示踪染料结合配套的显微镜设备可能对于判断肿瘤边界具有重要价值,因此探索示踪染料结合配套的显微镜设备的使用具有重要意义.回顾2014年2月初至2014年3月中旬我们采用荧光素钠介导,在携带YELLOW560 滤光器的PENTERO 显微镜下切除8例高级别胶质瘤(III-IV 级),在此初步探

目的探讨脑室系统感染的神经内镜诊疗策略.方法应用神经内镜诊疗14例脑室系统感染.在神经内镜下观察和评估脑室内感染程度、清除脑室内沉渣和附壁脓苔、贯通脑室内分隔、游离被脉络丛或炎性纤维条索包裹的分流管、切除脑室内脓肿或行脓肿囊壁开窗引流术.留置双侧脑室外引流管,术后脑室内抗生素盐水持续灌注冲洗,时间为2～4周.合并脑积水的患者再行脑脊液转流术治疗.结果本组中1例因肺部感染、呼吸衰竭最终死亡,其
