基于液相色谱/四极杆飞行时间质谱的产对羟基苯乙酮的芽胞杆菌筛选

  本文通过液相色谱-四级杆飞行时间质谱(LC-QTOF-MS)技术对51株芽胞杆菌菌株的发酵代谢产物进行测定.结果 表明,福氏芽胞杆菌(Bacillus fordii)FJAT-10032能够产生对羟基苯乙酮.对羟基苯乙酮与Metlin谱库检索得分为90.97,该化合物的准分子离子[M-H]-为135.045,分子量为136.0522,分子式为C8H8O2,该物质在菌株FJAT-10032代谢物中的相对含量为1.39%.
