We report the retention of cubic phase in the synthesized one-dimensional 10ScSZ/Al2O3 core-shell structure.The mechanism of the observed phase stability is studied by monitoring the evolution of crystal structure with annealing temperature in 10ScSZ nanofibers.The results show that the crystalline size of 10ScSZ rather than the core-shell structure is the critical cause for the full cubic-phase retention in 10ScSZ/Al2O3.
