随着下一代网络的兴起和发展,下一代数据网的基础核心技术——IPV6 在世界范围内不断发展。随着科学技术的飞速发展,我国数字和信息技术日新月异并广泛得到应用。2003年国家启动了中国下一代互联网示范项目计划—— CNGI,应用IPV6技术,实现与国际下一代互联网的高速连接。我国是一个多地震和蒙受地震灾害最严重的国家之一,地震监测是地震预报、科学研究、国土规划和国家安全的重要的基础性工作。实施“中国数字地震观测网络”项目,必须以信息网络技术为先导,发展地震监测传感器网络。IPV6的网络环境为地震监测系统的建设创造了更广阔的发展空间。我们要抓住下一代互联网的发展契机,研究基于IPV6环境的地震监测传感器网络,大幅度提高我国的地震监测预报水平,创造我国地震科学领域数字信息时代的新技术环境。
With the rise and development of next-generation networks, the underlying core technology of next-generation data networks, IPV6, continues to evolve throughout the world. With the rapid development of science and technology, the digital and information technology in our country is rapidly changing and widely used. In 2003, China launched CNGI, the next generation of China’s Internet demonstration project, and applied IPV6 technology to achieve high-speed connection with the next generation of the Internet in the world. Our country is one of the countries with many earthquakes and the most serious earthquake disaster. Earthquake monitoring is an important basic work in earthquake prediction, scientific research, land planning and national security. To implement the project of “China Digital Seismic Observation Network”, we must take the information network technology as the guide and develop the seismic monitoring sensor network. IPV6 network environment for the construction of seismic monitoring system has created a broader space for development. We should seize the opportunity of the development of the next generation of Internet to study the earthquake monitoring sensor network based on the IPV6 environment and substantially increase the level of earthquake monitoring and prediction in our country so as to create a new technological environment for the digital information age in the field of earthquake science in our country.
